Commemorating Chris Paul’s NBA entrance years ago, the Air Jordan 13 Cp3 Home is set to hit the stands. You are probably torn between buying the CP3 Home version considering how the “Hornets” colorway – also under the Air Jordan 13 silhouette – was also released this month. As for the CP3, the Jordan release date is for the 11th of November.
Air Jordan 13 CP3 Home
Color: White/Orion Blue-Varsity Purple
Style Code: 807504-107
Release Date:November 11, 2015
Here is what you should know about the two: while Hornets carries a louder and more classic colorway, the CP3 is a tad softer and may appeal to the youth or women lucky enough to have their right sizing for these shoes.
Why, you ask? Well, the CP3 Home is a combination of white, orion blue and purple. Granted, they are not exactly the kind of colors women will love, but the lightness of the design allows for both men and female buyers.
The majority of the shoes are covered in white, the trim carrying a texture slightly different from the upper portion. What really makes these shoes stand out however is the orion blue design with a suede material that creates a soft-rough texture. Even through the pictures supplied by Sneaker News, you can tell that these shoes have varying textures along the body.
The midsole are cleverly done in white with the outsole lined by violet. This creates a defining silhouette that makes the shoes stand out – even if the violet shade occupies very little space on the shoes.
The tongue and laces are also white, typical of the Jordan 13 pattern. Again, we have got the Chris Paul logo on the center of the tongue and for the back, there is a waving suede-blue pattern that cleanly runs through the shoes. The Jumpman logo is cleverly encased in a globe-like structure right beside where the heels are located. As for the inside of the shoes, we’ve got another Jumpman logo on display. Flip the kicks and you will find a combination of white and violet adorning the pattern with some hints of blue in between.
All in all, it is a pretty good piece with a very clean and classic look. If you re in the market for something that you can probably wear with you during a semi-formal event, this one is probably it. Unfortunately, no price has been set yet so don’t be surprised if it hits the $200 mark. Its counterpart, the Air Jordan 13 Hornet is currently being sold for $200 so there is a good chance the pricing for these kicks will be on the same level.
