The Jordan brand has already released its newest sneaker – the Jordan Heritage “Gym Red.” Inspired by the original 1985 Air Jordan 1, this silhouette can already be grabbed at select Jordan Brand retailers that include Nike.com.
This shoe is carrying a $110 price tag which is not that hefty on the pocket.
It comes with an amped up design
This shoe, dressed in a neat Gym Red and White color scheme, seems attractive and elegant. It sports a textile and synthetic nubuck upper. You can also expect an Air-Sole unit in its heel to provide a more comfortable cushioning. It likewise features a rubber outsole that has deep flex grooves for optimal traction.
Judging from its official photos, we expect that this sneaker will definitely catch the interest of a lot of sneaker heads out there.
Sneakers with similar appeal as the Jordan Heritage
If the Red and White color scheme does not catch your fancy, you need not worry as there are other new Jordans set to be released soon.
One sneaker that has a similar appeal as the Jordan Heritage is the Air Jordan 1 Mid New Love that the Jordan Brand is bringing back. It can be remembered that this sneaker was part of the classic Air Jordan 1 Mid “Old Love, New Love” Pack. With regard to its release date and retail price, it appears that info is still scarce. What we know so far is that it will come out at select Jordan Brand retail stores “very soon.”
When it comes to its design, this Air Jordan 1 comes with Black, White, and Varsity Maze colors. Its upper is dressed with Black and it features Yellow overlays. On its heel and tongue, you will see its Jumpman branding. Furthermore, its jeweled Wings logo seems a good addition. Completing its classic design is its clear Yellow outsole as well as neat White midsole.
Another similar sneaker is the Air Jordan 1 Royal that is poised to be released this coming April 1, 2017. This is considered a follow up to the Air Jordan 1 Banned that was pushed out on the market last year. It will cost $160.
This Air Jordan 1 sports Black, White, and Royal color scheme. Furthermore, these are other expected features of this shoe: Nike Swoosh logos, Black leather upper, and Royal Blue overlays on its heel and toe. On top of that, it is also fitted with OG Nike Air branding on its outsole and tongue.
